Join Me, Patti Roberts, in Weaving a V-Cowl (2 day workshop) A V-Cowl is a garment that is created by weaving a scarf, removing the woven unfinished piece from the front cloth beam and bringing the beginning warp around, reattaching the remaining warp to the front cloth beam and continuing to weave using the beginning of the scarf. This creates a V and fringe on both sides of the V. This garment is circular with no opening. It is a beautiful garment that can be woven on a smaller Rigid Heddle loom. This class could be an option for both beginner and experienced weavers. The class will be using two different coloured sock yarns (fingering weight). These V-Cowls will make lovely Christmas gifts for someone special on your list. Please join me for this two day workshop where participants will be taking the rigid heddle home in between days to complete the scarf. Please let us know, by emailing us at ponderosaguild@gmail.com, if you need to borrow a loom so we can reserve one for you. Date: Sunday Sep 29th & Saturday Oct 5th Time: 10:00-4:00 both days, there will be a break for lunch Fee $135.00 Guild Members use Coupon Code FIBREART2021 at checkout for $10 off this workshop.
