Upwolfing is a unique way of felting using a special mat that gives you a fascinating design element. This class will give you the opportunity to create designs using a small mat. The technique uses merino-prefelt strips that are manipulated in the holes of the mat that create buds of felt. The created fabric can be used for numerous applications. This is a class for both beginners and those with advanced skills. The technique was created by the Dutch felt artist Irene Van der Wolf. Class will be taught by Judith Mueller.
