How awesome is it to come home on a cold winter day and slip your feet into cozy, warm slippers? This class will teach you how to felt your own slippers that fit your feet. You will learn the basics of wet felting, needle felting and creating your own design. This class is great for beginners and those looking to expand their wet felting skills If you are an experienced felter, you can embellish your slippers with some funky new techniques. You will be provided with embellishment fibers and leather for the slipper bottoms. Participants will need to being their own wool for making the slippers. This can be purchased at Kelowna Yarn and Needle Craft, they have Correidale, which is perfect for slippers. You will need 200 grams. Date: January 11 Time: 10:00 - 4:00 Cost: $100 class fee: supplies not included, a supply list will be sent 2 weeks before the class starts .
